1.All of our material are purchased from famous mill factory to
assure the quality.
2.A mill certificate issued by the mill factory with stamp and
signature must be provided before unload the material in our
factory ,otherwise we have our reason to refuse the material.
3.Before put into production ,all the material must pass the
chemical and physical analysis to make sure that they have meet the
requested strength and component.

Packing & Delivery
* We have different packing to meet your requirement.
1. No packing, just bare poles to be delivered directly. This is
the most economic way.
2. Sack wrap.
3. Non-woven fabrics wrap.
* We normally use 40ft container and our Port limit weight for 40ft
container is 26Tons.
* If poles are with flange or in order to avoid scratch on poles
during delivery, we will use 40ft open top container, which is a
bit more costive than the 40ft container.
Jiangsu Baojuhe Science and Technology Co.,Ltd. (the previous name
is Jiangsu Bosheng Steel Poles Co.,Ltd. founded in 2013), is
located in Heqiao Town Industrial Zone, Yixing District, Wuxi City,
Jiangsu Province. Baojuhe is the specialized manufacturer of
various steel poles including street lighting poles, electric power
poles, traffic signal poles, flag poles, wind power poles and
microwave communication towers, etc.
Before galvanization, we will check the pole quality during the
fabrication process from cutting raw plate, bending/forming,
automatic welding to drilling holes. Then after hot dip
galvanization, we will check the diameters, galvanization thickness
and do the load test according to clients' different requirements
and then deliver the poles on time based on the contract.
Product Equipments
Our factory owns advanced production lines and machines including bending calibration machine, hydraulic plate shearing machine, shearing machine, slitting machine, 208T hydraulic straightener, etc. All the purpose is to produce steel poles with high quality.
Testing Plant
When the raw material arrives at the warehouse ,the quality department must take testing to make sure the raw material have meet all the standard that the needed before production.
